Shawntae, an old friend, is doing this awesome giveaway. She just became a new mommy and is learning all sorts of fun things and she is generous enough to share them with all of us! She is giving away a great new toy for babies! Now, we know I don't have any babies, but someday I will and I want all of the great insights that you moms have! You can find Shawntae's blog here.
So I definitely am not going to claim that I am the best cook in the world, but I for sure have mastered this delicious little soup. It was soooo easy. I found it on a food blog that you can find here. I had the majority of the stuff to make it, but the things I didn't have were just at the local Wally World. I have had a hard time finding recipes on food blogs that didn't call for different grains or other ingredients that I couldnt' just find close by, and Z won't eat stuff like that. My great boss bought me some Quinoa and Z won't let me cook it haha. Oh well. So since I only cook like once a week, I try to make a lot so we can have left overs. This works perfect for that! Just like the minestrone soup at Olive Garden. Try it, you'll love it!
We were in the same ward growing up. Zac went on his mission in May 2003 and I was in 8th grade. When we got home from his mission I was a sophomore. I waited about a year and then text him. We went on our first date in June 2006 and got engaged in September 2007. We got married in the Salt Lake Temple on March 7, 2008. We are both working and going to school, and trying to make it in this crazy world.

Zac is freaking awesome. He is smart, funny, athletic, kind, generous, sweet, and a genuine person. This december he will be graduating from WSU in Technical Sales.

Describing yourself is hard....I am crazy, scatterbrained, and indecisive. However, I love good food {sushi}, good company {family and friends} and my sweet love {z-money}.
